Download software from website. Download

Start Install software:

  • Press on downloaded installation file in browser
  • Select a downloaded installation file in Windows Explorer and press Enter or double click on it.

Please confirm warning message:

Run program:

  • Double click on icon on desktop:

    or

  • Select from main menu: Start | Programs | Recovery Toolbox for Exchange Server | Recovery Toolbox for Exchange Server

Select file version format if know it. Or do not change and stay Auto Detect:

Select a damaged EDB file on second page:

Press on Next button:

Program will start read and analyze corrupted file. It require a several time. Later you can see:

  • Customer’s Mailboxes with included folders;
  • List of messages, contacts and other objects stored in folders;
  • Test of messages, contacts and other objects.

Select Mailboxes and folders for saving:

Press on Next button:

Select path to save a recovered data:

Select type of saving:

  • Save as PST file for each Mailbox
  • Save each object as .msg files
